Distance Selling Regulations

Please contact me if you’re not happy with any product or service received and I’ll endeavour to remedy the situation swiftly.

If you’re shopping with us online  you’ll be pleased to hear that you are covered by the Distance Selling Regulations. These have been established to make sure you have an opportunity to cancel your order if the goods aren’t what you expected. After all, we all make mistakes from time to time.

You have the right to cancel your order at any time, up to 7 working days after the day you receive it but, you must tell me straight away if you wish to do this via email or phone. This would need to be made in writing (email or post) in order to keep it on file for future reference though you can communicate via your Solari UK account Customer Notes as well.

If you have paid a delivery charge, this will not be refunded unless the mistake is on my part or the item is faulty . As a sole trader I do not have the resources to provide refunds for delivery in this instance  unlike larger multi-national companies who can absorb such losses.

Photographic (email jpeg) evidence of damaged items will be required for both this company & our external postal services to validate any claims of damage caused in transit . Reimbursement to yourself relies upon this requirement being met if requested . In the event of more than one item being damaged all items must be photographed together, with the damaged packaging as well as individual images of specifically  damaged items.

You must take good care of the items while they’re in your possession; they must be returned to us in a re-saleable condition. It is your responsibility to return the items to me using traceable delivery { Recorded Delivery or Parcel Force Track & Trace or a courier} . This needs to be done as quickly as possible so I can process your refund and your receipts of carriage will need to be scanned / emailed to me too if this if to be refunded to you .

If you change your mind before delivery is received you have the option of “Refusing Delivery”. This means that when Royal Mail or FedEx attempt to deliver to you you simply refuse to accept the parcel.They will then take the item away and it will eventually be returned to me; there is no cost to you for returning the item .Once received a refund excluding postage costs will be given for your items in the manner that you paid

Refunds can only be issued to the original payee of goods only.

Postage costs (original and to return goods) Gift wrapping & Express Delivery cannot not be included in any refund unless the item has a manufacturing fault in which case a replacement will be sent and all postage cost will be covered.

These regulations don’t apply to anything that has been personalised, courses, consultations or perishable or time-critical goods.

Refunds for Courses & Consultations 

All fees are payable in advance.

Cancellations for consultations whether in person or telephone must give at least 72 hours notice in order to be refunded in full . If less time is given, the fee paid is non refundable .This does not affect your statutory rights.

All course students are given a 5 day “cooling off” period from the time of booking a course in order to change their mind and receive a full refund providing this is 7 days before the course start date . After this time, no refund will be given as courses rely on minimum number to commence.

Methods of Payment 

1. You now have one secure online methods of payment in £’s sterling via Paypal with is valid for all major credit and debit cards

2. Direct Bank Transfer payments into Solari UK accounts can also be arranged but will need to clear before the despatch of goods. Please enquire for bank details for using  BACS.

3. UK Postal Orders must be in £’s Stirling, payable to Solari UK your full postal address, delivery address and the items ordered enclosed with the payment to be sent to ;

All sales must be pre-paid and cleared in advance of despatch of goods

4. Worldpay Zinc for face  to face credit card transactions for all major credit and debit cards

Gift Vouchers

Solari UK Gift Vouchers unlike other store vouchers, are  valid indefinatley – there is no expiration date and  can be used against any product but excludes postage costs or any additional balances payable.

Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or change given

Items will not be despatched until full payment is received .

Paper Vouchers cannot be used online so please phone or email with the code number & amount and this amount will be refunded back to your PayPal account or total bill.

If paying  via UK Postal Order or Cash simply  add the postage cost deduct the vouchers from your product total  remembering to add the postage costs afterwards. Then simply post in with your  full name, address & product request .
