High Impact repetitions focusing on toning by burning fat, weights and resistance used wherever possible, using techniques from Body Pump, Kick Boxing & Core Strengthening
60 min Programs -£65 for upto 14 students (£85 for 15-30)

•Integrated Lifestyle, Nutrition & Exercise Report
Devising a tailor made exercise and nutritional program for your current needs looking at your diet, lifestyle and body type.
It is ideal for safe, rapid toning and weight loss for special events like Wedddings, Birthdays, holidays or School Reunions.
Obviously the more time you allocate in advance (min of 8 weeks) the better, safer and sustainable the long term results. The Report entails;
*A 7 day Diet Diary
*A 7 day Exercise Diary
*A 7 day Weekly Schedule
*Analysing these diaries with your routine, lifestyle & health issues.
*Making user friendly nutritional suggestions for your body.
*Tailoring an exercise program specifically for your needs and lifestyle.
The Integrated Report is based on the data you give me during your diaries and includes full analysis of your diaries plus a 30 mins phone or email consultation to explain my findings and recommendations for just £225. Follow up reports are recommended 4-6 weeks after the Initial Report to ensure that you are working at your optimum level and for adapatations to be made.
